If your group is looking for an easy, year-round opportunity to earn money, The Garden Barn’s new fundraiser program is now available to help non-profit organizations raise funds.  We know there are challenges in any successful fundraising campaign, but we also know one of the great things about gift cards is that they practically sell themselves. You can earn a tremendous profit and still offer your customers an excellent value.

The program is simple: Your group sells Garden Barn’s $20 Gift Cards. Buyers can redeem them at The Garden Barn. Your cost per card is just $16; your group profits $4 from every card sold.  We think you’ll find that the Garden Barn’s Gift Cards are a very easy sell. Your group can sell the Gift Cards in any season, and customers can redeem them at The Garden Barn at any time of the year, with no expiration date.

We will be happy to talk to your group about this new, exciting fundraising opportunity that’s easy to sell. It’s easy because The Garden Barn offers a wide range of products and services which to appeal to all buyers and it is conveniently located in your community.

The fundraising process is simple:
• Establish your fundraising goals
• Order estimated number of gift cards (25 minimum).
• Complete and return order form
• Take delivery of Fundraising Kit
• Review program with your students or volunteers

Your students, or volunteers, will be issued gift cards and holders and begin to canvas the community ~ family and friends are the best prospects. We recommend spreading your allotment evenly between your volunteers and communicating your sales goals and, deadlines. Gift cards should be dispensed at time of sale. A log sheet is provided if you wish to log individual’s cards issued.

We require a 25 card minimum purchase and ask for a credit card as security against cards issued. Once your fundraising campaign is completed, you can reconcile sales against cards issued. At that time you pay only for cards sold and pocket the profits. At The Garden Barn we’ve created a program that we hope will be easy to use, easy to sell, and helps you achieve your goals.
